Lee, Hill & Associates was founded by a talent acquisition leader with over two decades of experience supporting organizations across SaaS, nonprofit, and government contracting environments.

After working closely with growing teams and high-performance organizations, it became clear that many hiring challenges weren’t about talent availability — they were about alignment, timing, and strategy.
