· Serve as project manager or technical lead on assignments appropriate to your experience.
· Coordinate pilot studies, GIS/CADD and hydraulic modeling, construction engineering and inspection, and stakeholder outreach.
· Manage project schedules, budgets, cost evaluations, proposals, and client communications.
· Coordinate with clients, subconsultants, vendors, engineers, and designers; help mentor technical staff.
· Evaluate emerging technologies, regulations, and practical, sustainable solutions.
· Participate in occasional regional site visits and client meetings across Southwest and West Central Florida.

· Hands-on private-sector consulting, engineering design, and project experience, ideally involving water and wastewater systems.
· Demonstrated project management, technical leadership, and strong client communication skills.
· Ability to guide engineers, CADD designers, and other project support personnel.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
· Valid driver’s license and strong driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
· AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS, hydraulic modeling, and/or database management experience.
· Master’s degree focused on water/wastewater, water resources, or site development.
· Experience with pilot studies, asset management, CMOM, smart utilities, or design-build delivery.
