The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Test Engineer to provide technical leadership for electronics manufacturing test operations. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with deep hands-on expertise in circuit card testing who can develop test solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor other engineers, and establish test engineering best practices.

What You'll Do

· Lead complex test engineering projects and technical design reviews.

· Develop and define test equipment, design guidelines, and engineering best practices.

· Create, program, fixture, troubleshoot, and optimize test solutions.

· Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other test engineers.

· Support troubleshooting and testing of circuit card assemblies/PCBAs.

· Interpret engineering drawings and customer requirements.

· Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing test environment.

What We're Looking For

· BSEE, BSEET, or MSEE required.

· 6+ years of relevant test engineering experience.

· Demonstrated hands-on experience with ICT, Flying Probe, and/or Boundary Scan technologies.

· Experience programming and developing test solutions rather than only operating existing programs.

· Strong PCBA/circuit card troubleshooting and test development experience.

· Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

· Strong analytical, technical writing, documentation, and problem-solving skills.

· ISO environment, DOE, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
